Two ways to list on NewConnect |
- Private placement - a method characterized by restricting the offering to a maximum of 99 investors (institutional and individual). Regardless of the size of the offering, the shares are listed based on a relatively simple information document, which is prepared and approved by the nominated adviser
- Public offering – characterized by the fact that the company which decides to use this venue is subject to the same clearance procedures as on the main market. This includes having to prepare an issuing prospectus and having it approved by the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority. In the case of offerings worth EUR 2.5m or less, instead of the issuing prospectus the company may submit an information memorandum, which is also verified by the FSA.
