Since 1993 we have been creating, developing and organizing conferences and training sessions addressed to strategic sectors of the economy – initially as the department of conferences and training of Top Consulting and since March 2008 as a separate company Top Consulting Conferences& Trainings. Each year over a thousand of middle and senior-level managers participate in our conferences and training sessions.

We specialize in issues related to finances, energy generation, power production and transmission, natural gas, civil aviation, telecommunications and law. Many of our conferences have been sponsored by various Polish ministries, including the Ministry of the Economy, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy or the Ministry of the Environment, as well as public institutions, such as the National Bank of Poland and international industry organizations.

We have vast experience in change management theory based on management skills developed as a result of soft skills training. We specialize in offering comprehensive training packages.

We are known for managing projects co-financed with EU funds. In 2004-2006 we have organized, together with PRIMIA, an international association of risk management specialists, a training on Modern Risk Management Methods. The training was attended by a total of 200 participants and was judged as one of the best projects executed using EU funds.

Our conferences and training sessions are designed for individual recipients, who wish to expand their knowledge, as well as sessions prepared specifically to meet individual needs of various clients.

In terms of content, our conferences are supported by a Programming Board, which consists of well-known experts, with years of experience in their respective field, such as Dr Andrzej Kulik, director at BRE Bank and the board member of PRIMIA (Poland), Tomasz Kulakowski, director at PLL LOT (Poland), Wolfgang Kurth – the CEO of dba and the president of ELFAA, a low-cost carrier association affiliated with the EU (Germany), Dr Mirosław Niewiadomski – director at BOT Bełchatów (Poland) Diana Osinski - manager at BearingPoint (United States), Krzysztof Rogulski - UGBU Sales Director, Oracle (Poland) and Jack Sośnierz , director at Travelport (UK)
