Requirements for the companies

The requirements for companies that wish to list on NewConnect include the following:

  • Being a joint stock company or a limited joint-stock partnership,
  • Unrestricted ability to trade in the stock,
  • The company cannot be the subject of bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings,
  • The company has to have a nominated adviser and an animator/market maker (in some cases this last requirement can be waived),
  • Preparing and publishing an information memorandum.
