• Companies seeking equity ranging from several hundred thousand to several million zloty or more
• Those which represent innovative sectors, based on intangible assets, including IT, new media, telecommunications, biotech, alternative energy, modern services
• Companies with the expected market cap of PLN 20-40m
• Companies which appear to be good candidates for the eventual listing on the main market
